YOUR VOICE. OUR MISSION.

Your Voice, Amplified.

Empowering Veterans to transform life stories into impact.

A 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization

Research-Driven

Every resource we produce is grounded in independent, peer-reviewed research — not assumption.

More Than a Nonprofit. A Movement for Veterans.

YOUR VOICE. OUR MISSION.

Speak Up Vets amplifies veterans' voices through practical, research-based education that builds self-advocacy, informs policy, and improves the community systems that shape their lives.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit built at a unique intersection — where rigorous, independent research meets real-world veteran education. We don't just study the problems veterans face. We equip veterans with the knowledge, tools, and support to solve them.

WHO WE ARE

Veteran-Empowering

We translate complex systems into plain language so veterans can make informed decisions and advocate for themselves.

Policy-Focused

Our findings don't stop at publication. We bring veteran voices directly to policymakers and community leaders.

HOW WE HELP

From Research to Real-World Impact

Speak Up Vets doesn't just study problems — we solve them.

We produce rigorous, evidence-based research that policymakers, organizations, and communities can rely on.

We translate findings into clear policy briefs and bring veteran-centered evidence directly to decision-makers.

We build workshops, resources, and information sessions that help veterans understand their options and advocate for themselves.

We collaborate with universities, advocacy groups, and government agencies to maximize reach and impact.

WHY IT MATTERS

Veterans deserve more than services — they deserve information, a voice, and the power to use both.

Too many veterans navigate benefits systems, healthcare decisions, and community resources without clear, independent guidance. Very few veteran-serving organizations invest in the rigorous research that helps close those gaps.

That's exactly the space Speak Up Vets was built to fill.
